One of the great things about diving in the Pacific Northwest is that I am part of a subset of people who aren't just scuba divers, but crazed scuba divers. We dive in spite of the cold. And we do our training in spite of the fact that temperatures have plummeted, a gale force warning is in swing, or just around the bend, and rain is making it hard to see. With that in mind, here's how we perform the Divemaster Rescue Scenario, Pacific Northwest Style!
