Useful Scuba Diving Resources

This page contains a list of many of the websites, apps, magazines, and blogs that I have found incredibly useful for scuba diving information. Because I am primarily a Pacific Northwest scuba diver, many of the links fall within this niche. No doubt there are alternatives to them for other locale, but for cold-water west-coast-based divers this should be a good start!
